Free Returns & Exchanges
You have a full 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or request an exchange, completely free of charge. To begin, simply submit a request through our contact form and include your order number. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return the item at no additional cost to you.

Items Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described
We carefully inspect all of our items before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the product description, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue, ideally within 7 days of receiving your order. This helps us resolve the situation quickly and efficiently.

To process your claim, please send us a brief description of the problem along with clear photos via our contact form. Once we have reviewed the information, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Comprehensive Return & Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind Returns
    If you have changed your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return for a full refund. Please use our contact form and provide your order number when submitting your request. If the 30-day return period concludes on a weekend or public holiday, the return deadline will be extended to the next business day.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Non-Conforming Items
    In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the product description, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receiving the package. We will require a brief explanation of the issue along with supporting photos to facilitate the process.

    Upon verification, we will provide you with a prepaid return label (if a return is necessary) and either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • Returning Promotional Items or Free Gifts
    If your order included a free item or gift as part of a promotion, or if you received a complimentary item due to shipping delays or as compensation, and you decide to return part or all of your order, the free item may also need to be returned. If the free gift is not included with your return, the equivalent value of the free item may be deducted from your refund. Any such conditions will always be clearly communicated in the promotional offer.
  • Refund Timeline
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if a return is required), we will issue your refund within 10 business days of approving the return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

Once the returned item (if required) is received and inspected, we will send out your new item promptly.
  • Return Shipping Costs

However, if you choose to use a different or non-standard shipping method for the return (for example, secure or expedited delivery that exceeds our standard option), any additional costs will be your responsibility.

Exclusions from the Return Policy

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once produced, due to their customized nature. However, if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will still assist you and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, after reviewing the case.
