These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all purchases made on https://zelda-gamestore.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by MCPLD LLC, doing business as Zelda Gamestore. After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt (“Order Confirmation”). This email confirms that we have received your order but does not yet constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we send you a shipping or fulfillment confirmation email (“Shipping Confirmation”).
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout (name, address, email, phone, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
3. Product Availability
Product availability shown on the Site is indicative and may change at any time. While we strive to keep stock information current, certain products are made-to-order or fulfilled through production partners, and availability may be limited.
If a product in your order is unavailable after you place the order, we will contact you by email to:
- Offer an alternative product (if available); or
- Offer a partial shipment (if part of your order is available); or
- Cancel the unavailable portion of your order and refund the corresponding amount.
4. Prices and Currency
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and others shown at checkout), subject to availability in your region. Payment must be made in full at the time you place your order.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (https://stripe.com), a third-party payment service providers. Your card details are transmitted directly to them using encrypted connections and are not stored on our servers.
If your payment is declined or reversed, we are under no obligation to ship the products and may cancel your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to the countries and regions displayed at checkout. The applicable shipping options, estimated delivery times, and charges are shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery time generally includes:
- Order processing and production time: usually 24–48 business hours (for most items); and

Any delivery times communicated on the Site or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. External factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods may extend delivery times.
Title and risk of loss for the products transfer to you upon delivery of the products to the address you provided. Please check your shipping details carefully; we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Inspection on Delivery
Upon delivery, you should carefully inspect the package and products. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or products, you should:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and items; and
- Contact us at contact@zelda-gamestore.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within a few days of delivery.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have a full 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or request an exchange, completely free of charge. To begin, simply submit a request through our contact form and include your order number. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return the item at no additional cost to you.
To be eligible for a return (for change-of-mind or non-defective reasons), items must generally be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them;
- In the original packaging, with any tags, labels, or accessories included;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Some items may be non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products; and
- Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable.
All standard returns are processed free of charge. Once your request is approved, we provide a prepaid return label, except if you choose a non-standard return method (such as express or insured shipping).

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following options, depending on the situation:
- Replacement of the item;
- Partial or full refund; or

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see may vary depending on your device’s display settings. Minor differences between product images and the delivered item (such as slight color variations or positioning of printed designs) are not considered defects.
Some products may be inspired by popular themes or genres. Unless explicitly stated, our products are not official merchandise and are not endorsed by or affiliated with any third-party brand, company, or rights holder.

All logos, artwork, graphics, designs, and other content appearing on the Site are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
